Metallic Matte Lipstick

Grav3yardgirl tried the new metallic matte lipstick from LASplash.  In the video she explains that it takes almost 2 minutes to dry into the matte finish and that they were not very easy to wipe off…long lasting! We’re intrigued…liquid to matte for a metallic finish!
